Betta Botanicals® Return Policy: If you have purchased a Betta Botanicals dry goods item and it was not quite what you were expecting, here's how you can request a return using the form below:
1) the return needs to be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date posted by the package courier, and;
2) the product must be unopened, in its original packaging, unused, and original product quantity
We will offer a full refund once the product has been received back to Betta Botanicals HQ and inspected per the terms. The required return shipping label will be emailed directly to you.

We unfortunately do not accept returns on our Blackwater Aquarium Plants, Vivarium Plants, Curated Wood, or Ecosystem Kits. International orders are not returnable except where a legal right applies, such as the EU right of withdrawal described below. Please contact us if you have questions on these items so we can help you make the best decisions for your critter and for you.
Our Leaf Litter Lifestyle Merch cannot be returned as they are printed off-site. If you ordered an item and it is the wrong size, please email us to help troubleshoot the issue.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. This right is separate from the return conditions above and applies from the day the goods reach you.
To withdraw, use the Withdraw contract page. You do not need an account. Enter your order number and the email used at checkout, select the items you want to withdraw, and confirm. We will email you confirmation with a reference number.
After you withdraw, post mark the items back to us within 14 days. Once we receive them, we refund the price of the items plus the standard outbound shipping you paid, using your original payment method, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. Return postage is paid by you, as noted in our Shipping Policy.
Items must be returned in resaleable condition. As allowed under EU rules, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value from handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods.
