Leaves return to the forest floor, but yours will return to us
Betta Botanicals® Return Policy: If you have purchased a Betta Botanicals dry good item and it was not quite what you were expecting, here's how you can return it;
1) the return needs to be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date
2) the product must be unopened, in its original packaging, unused, and original product quantity
We will offer a full refund once the product has been received back to our office and inspected. We will provide you with a return label, which we will email to you.
Please include your order # and name in the subject line of your email to info@bettabotanicals.com
ie: Return Request from _____ Order # _____
Or, you can log into your Customer Account and submit a return request there.
We unfortunately do not accept returns on our Blackwater Aquarium Plants, Vivarium Plants, Curated Wood, Ecosystem Kits, nor our International Orders. Please contact us if you have questions on these items so we can help you make the best decisions for your critter and for you.
Our Leaf Litter Lifestyle Merch cannot be returned as they are printed off-site. If you ordered an item and it is the wrong size, please email us to help troubleshoot the issue.
