Leaf litter in a blackwater aquarium or bioactive vivarium is foundational to a thriving and dynamic ecosystem. Our dried aquarium leaves come from all around the globe, helping you create better habitats for your fish. We provide aquatic botanicals with high tannins and others with low tannins. There is so much more to botanical aquariums than catappa leaves, so branch out and try something exotic like macaranga or jambolan, we promise your fish will love it.
